During this meeting it was agreed that a high level seminar will take place in Tbilisi in 2015 based on the Gulbenkian Global Mental Health Platform/WHO documents “Innovation in deinstitutionalization: a WHO expert survey” and “Promoting rights and community living of children with psychosocial disabilities”.
